CRI Simple Numbers Summit 2026 will be held in Austin, TX at The Stephen F. Austin Royal Sonesta from Monday, November 9, through Wednesday, November 11. Please plan to arrive by Monday, November 9, for conference check-in ahead of the start of sessions the morning of Tuesday, November 10.
Reservations
We are now accepting hotel reservations for our upcoming event, with bookings available until October 18, 2026. Through this website, you can conveniently book, modify, or cancel your reservation, as well as receive any event updates. The credit card used for booking will solely be used to guarantee the reservation.
Cancellations, however, made after 6:00 PM CT, 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival, will incur a penalty equivalent to one night’s room rate plus tax. This penalty for one night's room rate plus tax also applies to No-Shows. Please be aware that the hotel will authorize $100 per night for incidentals upon check-in. Incidentals may include valet parking, food and beverages, damages, etc. Any unused portion of the authorization will be released upon checkout.

The deadline for making hotel reservations is October 18, 2026. Please remember that the conference registration fee does not include lodging or meals, except those meals listed on the conference schedule. Hotel room rates do not include parking (which is available for a separate charge). All attendees are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements.
